Monday, March 12, 2012 - Seriously good fizz. Reminded me of vintage Bollinger Grand Année, if not quite as deep, it's remarkable for an NV! I'd heard about this being California's best fizz, but I was shocked to discover quite how good even the NV is. Richer, and less merely tart than the comparative Domaine Chandon NVs, it's by far the best Methode Champenoise NV I've tasted, French or not. I must try Roedere's Californian vintages. My new favourite everyday, and amazing value. Wh overpay for Champagne in the States when you can buy this?
