Saturday, August 3, 2013 - 89pts on night one / 91pts on 2nd night as this mellowed a bit. First night it was a little chewy and in your face. Great aromas and flavors of red apple on night number 2. First night it came off more as tart green apples with brisk bright acidity. This might be a good wine to cellar for a year or 2. Anyhow, next time I'll open it the night before I drink it. We use champagne stoppers to keep them fresh over multiple weekend nights.
