Tuesday, May 24, 2016 - Paris Judgement 40th Anniversary: Recently disgorged. Bubbles remain on the side of the glass not unlike Prosecco. Steely, light feel, quite elegant smoky citrus on the nose. Also - cold hard candy and oat flakes. Rather lean, I expected this to be fatter and more rustic.
