Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Light gold color. Drank 2 glasses over an hour plus. Savory, brioche filled nose, spiced apple and quince on the nose. The palate is more to citrus, candied lemon peel, sour lemon, chalky, and dense. This doesn't have the brightness of recent bottles. Curious as to how long this was lurking on the shelf in Kapaa.
