Monday, May 20, 2013 - Salmon and Cellar Thinning at Dan's House (Bellevue, Washington): Tasted single-blind (abbreviated notes) - Black cherry, earth, spice. Didn't notice the typical Oregon forest floor this time. Decent acidity, very good finish. Overall great balance and very tasty. Couldn't peg this as Oregon. 91+
