Sunday, April 1, 2018 - Even my darling Burlotto can disappoint apparently. Don't know if it's a weak vintage, bad bottle or storage. In your face pickled strawberries dominates the nose. Juicy lemonade with alcohol, pure and clean but lacks in structure. Creamy texture, prunes, wild strawberries, weak acidity. 89p slightly better on day 2 when served cool.

3/25/2020 10:34:00 PM - Agree, heard many say the 08 should be in great shape, including the winemaker (Fabio) himself. Probably storage issue since another bottle from the same source came out in a similar way. Have one bottle from another source in the cellar, will be interesting to see how that is.
