Tuesday, June 1, 2021 - Very deep opaque aubergine color. Interesting nose of fresh cherries and bacon - so different but pleasurable. On the palate lots of dark fruit, again dried cherries but with notes of graphite. I was expecting a fruit bomb but this has integrated the fruit so nicely with age. Extremely long finish. I’m very impressed with this wine.
