Thursday, May 8, 2014 - UCGB tasting Bordeaux 2011 (Amsterdam): See previous note. The second bottle was ok. Red and dark forest fruits in both the bouquet and on the palate. Ok acidity and drying tannin in the finish. Not extremely concentrated. An ok wine, but one of the least impressive ones in this tasting. Would like to try again around 2017 or 18. 86 for now.
