Saturday, February 16, 2019 - Nose: black cherry, Coca Cola, a slight herbaceous funk.
Palate: strawberry, black cherry with balancing acidity. A little dill/vanilla.
Great mouthfeel.
Fine grippy tannin with a long balanced finish.
93-94
Going to buy some to cellar another 5-10 years.
