Saturday, September 22, 2012 - Dark ruby colour, but clear at the edges. A very stinky aroma when you first open the bottle and pour l, but this blows off pretty quickly. Complex, with notes of red berries, earth, and herbs. A very nice acidic backbone that really carries the wine. Better than the 2009 vintage. Excellent wine!
