Tuesday, January 24, 2012 - The nose is slow to open, a bit vegetal and dry; over time it evolves well and becomes richer. The wine is pure and fine but not very interesting at the start as it is quite dry, with mouthpuckering acidity and very light. But wow, with some time and air, this really picked up weight. Died early and never showed tremendous complexity, but at least it was not thin.
