Tuesday, December 20, 2016 - Medium ruby. Initially, very reserved nose, and a bit shrill on the palate; heavy in steely minerality but showing very little fruit. With nearly three hours of air, the nose began to show the slightest bit of dried flowers and the palate a bit of cherry, cranberry, and earth. Overall, I'm not getting the gamut and complexity that other tasters did 2-3 years ago. Hold.
