Thursday, November 14, 2013 - Bordeaux 1982-1989-2000 tasting (at Adina's): Shiny garnet colour, still quite dark in the core.
Quality perfumed aroma, tertiary notes of cedar, spices, leather.
Full bodied, dense and rich on the palate, impressive structure, fresh with sweet and round, gentle tannins, great length. A real pleasure.
