Monday, October 26, 1998 - 1990 Burgundies (NYC): Dark red with a slight lightening on the rim. Tight nose. Soft, approachable tannins. Black fruits, licorice, iron. Terroir driven wine. Nicely extracted wine. I would personally let it age a bit more to perhaps let the nose open up.
