Saturday, March 30, 2019 - Bottle stored in a cold cellar from release. Poured on opening it was clearly mature, good fruit - classic and pure burgundy aromas (I can't improve on ambrosial beetroot), good even structure, though possibly a bit muted. Then it opened up and carried on opening up. And on. A really wonderful bottle in just the right place. A real joy to drink. My brother said complete (this was a birthday celebration) and it was.
