Taste: Light bodied with medium/high acidity that is more on the refreshing side than overwhelming. Nice and balanced with crisp tones of sea shells, lemon zest, minerals, and some white fruits.

Overall: Always a winner, this is very refreshing and crisp. There is real good balance on both the nose and palate with a racy mineral streak a well.
