Wednesday, December 4, 2019 - Gathering with Burgundy Lovers: Served after the Mugnier and apparently with some aged, entering secondary stage and different in aromatic spectrum, with higher, firmer acidity accompany by Sous Bois, secondary fruits and iron. Pretty good mouth filling, with excellent acidity, juicy fruits, a tad dusty, resolved tannin though still have the sense of firmness (hard edge) on the palate. Secondary inner perfume. Nice length. Drinking very nicely though I prefer this to be 3-5yrs younger.
