Wednesday, October 23, 2013 - Great purple/red colour. For some reason I wasn't as impressed with this as I thought I would be. Florals on the nose, along with distinct pepper and a melange of berries and cherries. Same on the palate but with italian herbs, minerals and glossy vanilla oak. It just seemed to lack a bit seriousness or compexity to me. It might have been the mood I was in but I wanted more thrust!
