Saturday, October 26, 2013 - Golden color with marzipan, honey, creme brûlée, vanilla, and faint hints of apple. The palate is big, mouthcoating, and ripe. This is a monster chard that seems to be lacking in acidity. Too much oak that covers the fruit and too oily on the palate. Not a fan.
