Saturday, December 3, 2016 - Excellent wine, I wouldn't have been able to buy it myself but I had it with my parents over a nice steak dinner with sautéed mushrooms that paired really well. Incredibly smooth, full-bodied wine with a long, complex finish. Dark fruit- black cherry and perhaps pomegranate, but not too fruity. I enjoyed the spice with subtle hints of vanilla and tobacco. Would make a great gift.
