Wednesday, February 24, 2021 - decanted 1 hour as previously suggested. Compared to the 2010 vintage this one is still pretty powerful! hard to believe it's this old. smokey, mocha, deep and dark. Tannins are still pretty noticeable even after the decant but it's still approachable even when drank unpaired. But had this w meat lasagna and some bolognese (Hazan recipe).
