Saturday, March 7, 2015 - Ultimo lunch time tasting (Ultimo wine centre (but now vintage cellars)): Meaty and savoury aromas, some struck flint and muted fruit. In the mouth the wine has meaty flavours, is quite concentrated and vaguely sweet ripe spiced red berry fruit then massive tannic grip that is quite drying. Needs years.
