Friday, November 30, 2012 - Clear ruby red. Perfumed nose showing some vanilla & cherry. Medium bodied, elegant wine. Acidic & structured, but with the right amount of round edges. The oak is a bit more present than say, a Tondonia bottling as this is a more delicate wine showing beauty rather than power. Completely balanced between fruit, barrel & structure. Amazing dryness/freshness & length.
