Tuesday, June 25, 2013 - At IWM tasting in San Diego. Really interesting wine, surprised to the upside, first experience with this.

Light, almost translucent ruby color. nose was very complex red fruits, burnt vanilla, leather and earth. Palate was tart berry, orange peel. Smooth mouthfeel, medium length finish

Don't think this will get better, probably has a few more years in its zone
