Thursday, December 22, 2022 - From a perfectly stored bottle. Dark fruits, raspberry, smokey, tobacco earth and ash. Mature tertiary leather and tobacco leaf with a touch of brambles. Touches of sweeter violet. Flint. Good acidity. Not light and dainty rather full bodied. But very good structure and lasts/develops well. Really like the smokey tobacco note.
