Tuesday, November 4, 2014 - Peachy pink. Savory strawberry-pear nose. The palate is relatively full, underripe red and white fruit, savory, lots of mineral flavors and some herbs. The finish is full but clean, with a slight leafy tang. Really unusual but appealing, accompanied chicken burgers well.
