Thursday, February 25, 2021 - Decanted for 2 hours, rebottled/corked for ride to restaurant & reopened 1 hour later. Drank 1 hour after that in 3rd flight, so in our glasses at the 4 hour mark. The Cab Franc added a beautiful note to the nose. Smooth & delicious, though the tannins show it still has plenty of time to mature.
