Monday, December 20, 2021 - surprisingly lean and hard, despite good intensity of pure blackcurrant
and cassis fruit. An astringent structure that overpowers the natural charm of the fruit. Possibly too young but I don't think this will resolve. 15% ABV This softened after 24 hours, suggesting it may score higher in 10 years.
