Monday, January 2, 2017 - Four hour slow ox followed by 30 min decant. Pretty young still but still a show stopper. Laser beam of dark and red fruits. Well integrated tannins that show up and clench down on the finish. Nose was very reticent. Started to show down half way through the bottle.
