Friday, April 3, 2015 - Opened two hours prior to drinking. Very pretty nose of red fruit, herbs, spice, and some wild animal Mourvedre notes. This is simultaneously dark/rich while coming across as light on its feet and quite elegant - a neat trick. Fruit, herbs, a bit of bramble, and peppery spice on the palate. Plenty of tannin and good acidity. A bit left for the next day was more harsh and tannic.
