Saturday, December 24, 2011 - Light golden yellow color. Apples, pears, petrol, honey, citrus zest, minerality, and a bit of peach on the nose. Light body with very nice acidity and nice richness. Sweet and crisp on the palate with the mouthwatering citrus leaning more towards lime. Lingering finish that leaves you wanting another mouthful. Still seems very young and vibrant.
