Monday, January 7, 2008 - Lieu-dit Cru Richebourg Dinner (Primehouse - Chicago IL): Audouzed 4+ hours before poured. Pale color, clearly browning. Slightly sweet character throughout the flavor profile, with bit a caramel in particular on the finish. Earthy and elegant, but noticeably short. One person who has had this wine before felt it wasn’t showing as well as other bottles.
