Wednesday, April 12, 2023 - A little passed it's prime - the fruit is a bit pruned - but it's still delicious. The nose features black cherry, blueberry, kirsch, Asian 5 Spice, beet, and tomato leaf. It's fully medium bodied with bright acid and dense, finely grained tannin, that are both just a little tired. Flavors include cherry, blackberry, sweet tobacco and leather, and dried fig and prune. With extended air, it develops the added depth of sweet spearmint and semi-sweet licorice. Drink now.
