Saturday, August 19, 2017 - Bright and rich straw with a slight green hue. Nose of petrol, ripe peaches, Macintosh apples, and hint of talc. Tastes of peaches, apples, cider, and hints of limestone and cherries. Lovely acid and fruit. Still extremely young and needing time. Drink in 5-10 years.
