Monday, July 22, 2013 - Tastes at vineyard in 12/12 and the wine was very tannic and unbalanced. We bought a few bottles to see how it would develop overtime. In just 7 months it has come a long way and is coming together very nicely. Decanted for 30 minutes and drank over a few hours. Tannins are starting to die down and the layers of flavor are starting to come together. Like others have mentioned it is a traditional Sonoma Pinot with a prominent dark cherry and red fruit palate with a medium to long finish. Still drinking young so give it some more time, but developing nicely.
