Tuesday, January 6, 2015 - Pours a light red with hints of bronze; it shows surprisingly clear for an unfiltered wine. Wood chips and sour cherries on the nose; palate of both sour and stewed cherries, raspberries, and a slight amount of baking spice. Tannins and acid are well integrated; mouthfeel is on the light end of medium body. Finish is intense, but of mid-length. Wonderful example of Oregon pinot.
