Saturday, March 14, 2020 - Starting the spring on the sunny terrace with a great sparkler, lots of fine bubbles, very finesse like showing right from the start, some tropical fruit like apricot, but more aromas of creamy brown butter, warm bread, almonds and more nuts, caramel, very intense but very elegant flow beautifully balanced on the midpalate, lingering finish, enjoyed over the whole afternoon, does not change at all in the glass, so I guess this vintage will mature well over the next decade(+), ***(*-*****), around 92-94(+)
