Friday, July 2, 2021 - 1st of 5 bottles. Wife gave me this bottle 6 yrs ago for my bday.
Lovely bottle of Champagne, showing notes of citrus, seashell, chalky minerals, bread yeast, patisserie, and sage.
Crazy long finish, laser-like acidity, just cuts to the core of my palate like a beautifully sharpened knife.
Lingers with citrus, creme brulee, salinity. Lovely, drink through 2031+.
