Friday, June 19, 2015 - PNP. Cork intact but a little crumbly. Color dark straw. Nose shows mostly secondaries and pineapple with light TDN. SWishing gives more secondary flavors than last time. There is some acidity but the RS is outweighing that a little. Still quite delicious and I am not sure that this will ever achieve that totally creamy zen place given the RS and lack of acid zip but it is getting close. Don't get me wrong, it is darn good.
