Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Arguably Wine of the Night among a dozen various bottles from France, Spain and California. Intense and concentrated, tannic, almost bitter. Yet there’s plenty of black fruit too and a sense of ripe Mourvèdre. Lots of character. Hugely enjoyed by Chef Robert.
