Tuesday, March 18, 2014 - Pale to light straw yellow in color. Fragrant, attractive and youthful nose of ripe aromas of citrus overtones of lemons/limes, grapefruit with wet stones & gravel, minerals, some clover floral notes, waxy, a bit of honey and a pinch of oak & spices. Light to medium-light bodied with a very good concentration of balanced, intense, zesty ripe citrus fruit flavors of lemons/limes, white grapefruit, mineral driven with gravel/stony tones and a slight touch of honey in the background. Long lingering crisp & dry finish. Drinks quite well at present but has the fruit and acidic structure to develop further with a few more years of aging.
