Friday, March 25, 2016 - Perhaps a little late for this wine, but had it with fish and scampi and it matched really great. Right after opening a little neutral, but opened nice, ripe and fresh at the same time, good acidly aftertaste, slightly salty. My first Rias Baixas Albariño and a nice experience. I'm looking forward to the next one!
