Tuesday, June 6, 2017 - Mature Premier & Grand Cru Chablis with Richard Brazier (Handford Wines, London): Quite the youthful color. Glossy. Quite on the fatty side , especially for a Chablis and was more of a generic burgundy of good quality than a textbook Chablis. Good acidity, rounder feel, polished acidity and not sharp. Ripe and juicy not so much a lot of oak here but definitely has seen oak in its elevage, light touch of honey, lemony feel. Good wine and we would suggest one drinks this sooner than later. 90-91
