Friday, February 11, 2022 - 1989-2000 Top Bordeaux with Pizza (Schur House - Riverwoods IL): Fresh and dried apricot with hoycomb and crem brulee. Remaining half of a bottle that I opened a few months ago! Not quite as vibrant vs when first opened, but time in the refrigerator has barely hurt this.
