Wednesday, February 26, 2020 - Steak and Syrah Night (Tuscany Steakhouse): Opened, but not decanted for about 45 minutes before pouring. Rich, smooth, and more like a Northern Rhone Syrah, than a CA or AU wine. Very enjoyable. Prior bottles felt very full bodied, but this one felt more mid weight.
