Monday, December 3, 2018 - Very pale yellow, almost clear in the glass. Nose is petrol dominated with wisps of citrus if you really look for it. Palate shows petrol, tart apple and citrus notes with a slightly sweet and tangy finish. Enjoyable on its own but also went well with bites of brie and TJ latkes.
