Wednesday, January 6, 2016 - Light hay colored with green glints. Not much on nose. Palate is firm, very dry and elegant with hints of baked apple, almond pit. With airing, white grapes on finish. Good with grilled shrimp, bouillabaisse, to bring out that sweetness. I like the food friendly acidity, but will improve with another year or two in the cellar.
