Tuesday, August 20, 2019 - Wow. Absolutely gorgeous and still a baby. Open about 2 hours. Fragrant rose petals and freshly cut cherries and pomegranate. Light touches of peppery truffles and moist earth. Gorgeous slightly darker fruit on the palate. Feminine and delicate. Very much an Old World light skinned grape. Lush but fresh finish. Very floral again. Lovely wine with some tannin still left to integrate. Try back in about 5-7 years and this can go for 10-15 more easily.
