Monday, September 20, 2021 - Wonderful attractive complex savoury (brambles in a forest, mushrooms, beets) aroma. Fresh, rich palate. Oak plays an important flavour role, but it’s integrated.

Seriously good wine.

Drink over the next 5 years. No reason to wait. No rush either.
