Thursday, May 2, 2013 - Monthly tasting club LTC 2013-05; Italy: Piedmont (@ MvdW): In the bouquet mainly cherries. On the palate dark cherries, some earth and autumn impressions. Sticky tannin and firm bitterness in the finish. Not really refined, but certainly an ok wine. Will probably soften a bit with a few more years of ageing.
